Do you charge a diagnostic or service call fee?
Yes. Our service call / diagnostic fee starts at $60.00.
This covers time spent diagnosing the issue and may be applied toward the repair if service is approved.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes. We offer in-shop, on-site, and remote support depending on your needs.
Do you provide remote computer support?
Yes. Many issues can be resolved remotely, saving you time and money. Remote support pricing starts at $40.00.
Are you a local business?
Yes. Creighton Computer Services LLC is a locally owned, veteran-owned business based in Creighton, Missouri.
What types of devices do you work on?
We service:
- Desktop computers
- Laptops
- Small business networks
- Home office systems
(We do not currently repair game consoles or advanced mobile phone hardware.)
Do you sell computers?
Yes. We sell new, used, and refurbished computers. All refurbished systems are fully tested and ready to use.
Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes. We stand behind our work. Warranty terms vary by service and parts used. Details will be provided before work begins.
Can you recover my lost data?
In many cases, yes. We offer non-physical data recovery services. Clean-room or physically damaged drive recovery is not offered at this time.
Do you install software or operating systems?
Yes. We can install or reinstall operating systems, drivers, updates, and common software.
Do you offer IT support plans?
Yes. We offer monthly IT maintenance and support packages for home users and small businesses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

What are your business hours?
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: After-hours support available — call anytime.
Do you price match?
Yes. We will price match comparable services whenever possible.
Do you recycle old computers?
Yes. We offer free computer and electronics recycling. Data destruction is available upon request.
How long do repairs usually take?
Turnaround time depends on the issue and parts availability. Many repairs are completed within 24–72 hours.
